Run scheduled job with user logged off

Lots of people have problem with Windows Server 2008 scheduler when their job isn’t run if they use an option “Run whether user is logged in or not”. In my case problem was related to output from script. It seems that since job is run in background it’s not allowed to neither read from input nor write to output. I commented out all output and job started to run with this option switched on.
